Step 1: Select voyage/call
Step 2: Enter shipper information:
- Shipper
- Representative name, Contact phone number
- Notes (if any)
Step 3: Select method of transportation:
Step 4: Add container informations (select “Add container” icon)
- Booking Number
- Brand
- Port of discharge
- Port of destination
- Number of trailers
- Driver’s name
- ID number
- Phone number
- Container number
- ISO size
- Weight (VGM)
- Cargo name
- Seal number of shipping line
- Customs seal number
Step 5: Press save button and close
Step 6: Calculate fees
- After filling in all information, press the “Next” button to move to billing section
- Enter Tax Code to pop-up invoice
- Check the invoice information again, click “Confirm payment” to issue the invoice or “Save order” to pay later
- For Tax Codes to pay later, customers can choose “Pay later” or “Confirm payment”
Step 7: Payment
- Choose one of the payment methods: Internet Banking, Master Card, Momo Wallet or Gemadept Wallet
- Enter cardholder information: Card Number, Issuance Date, Cardholder Name
- OTP code verification
- With the option to pay later can skip this step
- After payment, the system will issue customers a draft invoice at the same time. We will send an email confirmation and pending approval status
Step 8: Approval
- After receiving notification in pending, staffs will base on customer’s attached documents and click approval
- After approval, it is possible to view, print and perform tasks. Concurrently, system will issue an e-invoice, QR code to customer’s email address
