On 18 October, 2021, Nam Dinh Vu Port welcomed and successfully loading and unloading the largest vessel ever to call at the Port - the M/V MSC CORDELIA III with a tonnage of 40,000 DWT and a LOA of 223m. After only 15 hours of loading and unloading, with the highest loading and unloading capacity recorded at the Port of 70 moves/hour, Nam Dinh Vu Port has completed the safe, quick, and efficient release of the cargo for the vessel.

On December 17, 2021, Vietnam Report officially announced the list of Top 10 prestigious Logistics companies in 2021. Accordingly, Gemadept Corporation is once again honored as the leading enterprise in the "Top 10 prestigious Logistics companies in 2021 - International freight forwarding, Warehousing, Third-party and fourth-party logistics services".

On the morning of December 13, 2021, Phuoc Long Port (PIP) launched the Phuoc Long 66 barge with a capacity of 248 TEUs at SSMI Binh Trieu shipyard to put it into operation. Previously, on December 8, 2021, the Phuoc Long 64 barge (248 TEUs) was also successfully launched and put into operation.

On December 7, 2021, the next 6 carriages of train No.8, 9 of Metro line No.1 (Ben Thanh - Suoi Tien) docked at Khanh Hoi port. In December 10 and December 13, Gemadept has once again worked closely with the investors and the contractors to transport the train carriages to Long Binh depot in Thu Duc city.

On November 30, 2021, Nam Dinh Vu Port (NDV), a part of Gemadept's Ports in Hai Phong, joyfully received and successfully operated the first ship of the service line 'S5' docked at the port. NDV - MV SATTHA BHUM of RCL Shipping Line with a hull length of 211m and a tonnage of 39,000 DWT. The new highly optimized service 'S5' is jointly operated by four major shipping lines, RCL (RWA1), PIL (SIX), IAL (CIH) and CUL (CIS).

On October 15, 2021, VietnamNet - The Ministry of Information and Communications and Vietnam Report has announced the PROFIT500 Ranking - Top 500 most profitable Companies in Vietnam in 2021. Gemadept Corporation is once again honored to be in this year's ranking.
